About Elias Bing
This website was created and is maintained by Elias Bing, Inc., a privately held North Carolina corporation formed of art metal casting professionals, artists and associates. Our studios and headquarters are in Orange County, North Carolina.
The works presented here for sale are high-quality copies of Old World Religious medallions. Most of the originals in our collection were created in Europe between 1907 and 1930. Our principal artist, a chemist by trade, has developed special formulations and methods which capture a remarkable level of detail from the original masterpieces.
We span the globe to find the finest and rarest religious art medals and are pleased to offer copies from our collection to you at affordable prices. We are constantly adding to our collection, so check back often.
We offer the following terms and conditions
We welcome new accounts.
New customers must submit a signed application form for approval.
All new accounts must submit one pre-paid order before we can extend credit.
Credit applications may take 2 weeks to be approved.
We sell WHOLESALE TO THE TRADE ONLY.
You must have an account to place an order.
We cannot currently accept orders over the phone.

Orders are deemed accepted when products are shipped.
We gladly extend credit to the credit worthy. Standard terms are 90 days net.
Customers who pay in full with their order, receive a 5% discount.
We offer a 2% discount on payments made within 30 days.
The invoice date is the date of record for customers who purchase items on account.
New accounts must submit at least one pre-paid order before we can extend credit.
Overdue accounts incur an annual fee of 18%.
Cash sales : no minimum
Account sales : $200 minimum
We cannot guarantee the availability of any item.
Out-of-stock items so marked on our website can be back ordered.
Please indicate your back order preference on your order form.
Your options are:
1. No back orders. Ship in-stock items now. Cancel out-of-stock items.
2. Back order, partial. Ship in-stock items now. Ship out-of-stock items later.
3. Back order, full. Hold in-stock items. Ship only full orders.
All back orders are shipped free of charge.
Back orders will be cancelled after 60 days.
We include a numbered invoice with each shipment (cash and account sales).
Please refer to the invoice number when making payments on account.
Payment in US dollars ($USD) can be made by cash, check, money order.
Customers who wish to pay via credit card, eCheck, or bank transfer must use PayPal.
Please direct PayPal payments to sales@eliasbing.com and INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER.
We do not charge extra for payments made through the PayPal gateway.
For invoices paid by mailed check, the USPS postmark is the date of payment record.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 handling fee.
We will not adjust outstanding invoices to reflect price changes.
We provide wholesale price lists to approved customers only.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept returns, for any reason or no reason, without penalty under the following conditions.
1) buyer must return the item within 20 days of the invoice date.
2) returned items must be in original condition.
3) buyer pays return shipping costs (unless items are defective).
4) some documentation must accompany the returned items.
5) return shipments must be made using US Mail (USPS).
6) we are not responsible for returned items which are "lost in the mail."
7) the postmark date shall be the date of record for returned items.
Returns made after 20 days of the invoice date are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge
Please identify any shortages or discrepancies within 20 days.
We pay return shipping (via US Mail) for incorrect orders.
We sell exclusively to re-sellers and do not charge NC state retail sales taxes.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or risk arising from use of our products, or the information contained at our website.

The country of origin for our products is the United States. The products we present for sale are made at and shipped from our studios in North Carolina, but we often associate with independent metal art foundries elsewhere in the United States for lost wax casting and specific finishing services.
Buyers should understand that Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper). We use a special tarnish-resistant sterling silver formulation, but we do not plate our silver products with rhodium or other metals.
In general, pictures of items we offer for sale are enlarged to show detail.
Our holiday calendar follows that of the US Post Office. Customers should plan accordingly.
We ship via USPS: either First Class with tracking, Priority Mail (insured) or First Class Registered mail.
Shipping costs are $5 per order.
Shipping costs are added to the invoice.
We combine shipping.
We ship FOB-destination.
Passage of title occurrs upon delivery to the customer.
Customer will be billed a 10% restocking charge for refused
shipments.
Shipping and delivery dates are approximate.
Our external packaging for small items is a planet-friendly corrugated wrap.
The return address name is "Elias Bing." Nothing indicates the parcel contains bronze, gold, silver, art or precious metal objects.
The photographs we've created for our website are free. Anyone can redistribute them and/or modify them according to terms of the Free Art license found at the Copyleft Attitude website (http://artlibre.org) and elsewhere.

We do not currently offer a print catalogue.
Our maximum liability to the customer shall not exceed the
amount paid by the customer. Customer
will pay all costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees, court costs and
collection costs) we incur to collect amounts owed.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to sell to any
party, to refuse to sell to any party, or to cease selling to any party.
